Returns and Refunds
We want you (and the little legend wearing it) to be happy. Here's how returns work at Gobby Garms.

Your 14-day right to cancel
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. Email GobbyGarms@gmail.com with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to send the item(s) back.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. We'll refund the price of the item and the standard delivery cost you paid within 14 days of receiving the return (or proof of postage). Unless the item is faulty or wrong, the cost of sending it back is yours.

Made to order
Our garments are printed on demand, so each one is printed just for you once you order. That means less waste and no piles of unsold stock. Orders go to print quickly, so we can't always change or cancel an order once it's in production.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If something arrives faulty, misprinted, damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, including delivery. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for your bank to process it.
